How does it work?

DATE: We will work with you to pick a day/night for your fundraiser.

CRAFTS: You have the option to choose a handful of projects for your fundraiser or have everyone make the same thing. Providing options is a good way to get more people involved, especially friends who may not be directly involved with the organization.

SHOPPING/CRAFTING: We offer 2 options to raise funds 1) In studio merchandise shopping  2) In studio crafting––all crafters need to register before they come with project choice and reserved time.

REGISTRATION: Your fundraiser will be provided with a unique registration page to send your friends to! We collect all the registrations for you. All you need to worry about is spreading the word and gaining participation.

FUNDS RAISED: 10% is given back to your organization on merchandise sales and 10%+ on in studio crafting purchased on the day/night of your fundraiser. The % is based on number of in studio crafters, starting at 10% given back. We have recently added a tier system of 15% back when you have 10-14 in studio crafters and 20% when you have 12+ in studio crafters. A check will be issued to your organization in the following week after your fundraiser has been completed.
